滴定分析化学实验的微型化研究

Study on the Miniaturization of Tirimetric Experiments

用一次性输液管、注射器和吸量管代替酸碱式滴定管 ,选择滴定分析的三个典型实验进行了研究 .结果表明 ,测定精密度和准确度略有下降 ,但仍符合 t检验法的要求 ,而药品的消耗量却大大降低 ,仅为常规方法的十分之一 ,且在操作上有许多优点 ,可实现滴定分析实验的微型化 ,如能用于实验教学 ,可取得诸多效益 .

Three typical titrimetric experiments with burets replaced by apparatus infusionis for single use and injector have been studied.The accuracy and precision have slightly decreased and the results accord with the 'ttest'.Otherwise,the chemical reagents expended are only one tenth of the original method.The new methods have many operational advantages as well.Therefore,the miniaturization of the titrimetric experiments can be put into teaching and much profit will be gained.
