Based on the research and analysis on the present condition for foundational education informatization of ShanXi Province,this article points out its problems and weaknesses about creating technology environment ,teacher train-ing,ect.and give some methods and proposals concerning it,wishing it could provide basis to constructing fundamental ed-ucation informatization of Shanxi Province.
