摘要
创新是新世纪教育发展的主题和最显著的特征,教师首当其冲担当起这一重任。要培养和发展有创造力的学生,培养创造型教师就显得十分重要。
Innovation is the top question and the most outstanding feature in the educational development in the new century. Teachers should bear the brunt of the above-mentioned great tash. Therefore it is rather important to cultivate students and to train teachers with their innovative capabilities.
