摘要
本文确立“以全面素质为基础,以能力为本位”的原则,树立先进的教育观和教学观,正确把握教学目标,构建合理的知识与能力结构,大胆地进行启发式、案例式、讨论式、行为导向式等多种教学方法改革,是高等职业学校德育教学改革的重点。
