大学技术创新是国家技术创新系统的一个重要组成部分 ,其对科技进步的贡献越来越大。大学技术创新系统在国家创新体系中的作用越来越明显 ,大学技术创新不但促进了新知识的创新、传播和应用 ,而且在推动经济增长和社会进步方面起着积极作用。文章在提出大学技术创新概念的同时深入分析了大学技术创新系统组成要素及其作用。

The technology innovation system of university (TISU) is an important and conponent part of innovation system of the nation(TISN) and plays an import role in TISN. TISUhas made many contributions to the progress of the science and technology. TISU not only promotes the applications of new knowledge and publicity work but also helps to accelerate economic growth and social progress. On the basis of further analyzing theelements of TISU, the paper proposes the concept of comes more and more important as a role of the technology innovation system of the nation(TISN). The technology innovation of university not only enters the function category of universities, but also affects the economic nature of universities. TISU is a part of TISN. On the basis of further analyzing the elements of TISU, the paper again proposes the concept of TISU.
