摘要
文章通过对中国古代职官考课制度及其沿革过程的考证,分析其特点和变化的历史背景和根源,了解和把握考课制度的特点及其发展变化的内在规律性,从而发掘出对当今干部人事工作考核制度改革的启示。
Through the systematical review of the examination system for feudal official in ancient China and its evolution ,the paper analyses the historical background and root of this system, and finds out its characteristics as well as the evolution law. Therefore the inspiration for the reform of cadre examination system today can be sought.
