摘要
通过对隧洞工程施工管理经验的总结 ,介绍了在隧洞工程的施工管理中如何建立有效的激励机制以充分地调动员工的积极性 ,从而提高隧洞工程的施工管理水平。
Summarizing experiences in construction management of tunnel engineering,this paper discusses how to set up an effective encouraging mechanism in construction and management of tunneling engineering in order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the masses and to enhance the level of construction management.
