先进文化的动态发展性要求文化建设站在时代的前列 ,吸收、引进、继承人类优秀文化成果。作为人类“最高意义上的革命力量” ,在科技时代占主导地位的科学文化能够弥补我国传统文化的某些不足。而作为科学文化精髓的科学精神更能激发公众健康、向上的精神风貌 ,完善人们的人格品质 ,改进某些不良的社会风气。科学精神包含理性精神、求实精神、开放精神、进取精神、创新精神、批判精神、宽容精神、民主精神、协作精神、献身精神等。结合我国现实生活中存在的一些问题 ,探讨了弘扬科学精神。

The dynamic development of the advanced culture demands that cultural construction standp in front of the age, absorbing, introducing and inheriting human's splendid culture products. Scientific culture, as the 'highest revolutionary force', takes the leading place in the technological age, can make up some flaws existed in China's traditional culture. Scientific spirit, as the quintessence of the scientific culture, can excite people's healthy spirit, perfect their personalities and improve some unhealthy common practices in society.
