摘要
本文在对农民负担概念及农民有关负担项目分析的基础上 ,从反映农民负担总水平。
By analyzing the concept and some items concerned for farmers' burden, the paper designs it's evaluation index system from the following aspects: general and relative burden level, general burden structure and total income structure.
