摘要
法学教育作为现代社会文明进步的重要条件 ,发挥着越来越重要的作用。围绕如何培养合格法律人才这一目标 ,在新的历史条件下 ,我们应在转变法学教育观念 ,更新教育思想 ,改革法学教育体制。
Legal education, as a factor of promoting social development, plays a more and more important role. Under the new situations, we should carry out reforms in legal education revolving around training qualified talents.
