对太极拳套路教学方法的研究

A study on the Teaching Approaches about Skills and Tricks of Taijiquan

太极拳是我们中华民族传统的体育项目 ,也是深受大学生喜爱的一个体育项目 ,因此 ,如何进行太极拳教学 ?如何提高太极拳套路教学的效果 ?如何通过太极拳教学培养学生对民族传统体育文化和民族传统精神的情感 ?是值得深入研究的。本文对太极拳套路的教学方法进行了一定的设计 ,提出了自己的思路 ,通过教学实践及教学考核评价 。

Taijiquan, a traditional sports event in China, has become a most favorite one among college students. As a result, it is worthwhile to have a study on how to teach it, how to improve the effect of teaching and how to develop students' love for national sports culture and traditional sports spirit through the teaching of Taijiquan. The paper designs some teaching approaches on skills and tricks of Taijiquan and puts forward some new ideas, which has proved to be effective through teaching practice and teaching evaluation.
