摘要 The preparation methods of simultaneous electro deposition for pyrite (FeS 2) thin film are introduced from aqueous solution of FeSO 4 and Na 2S 2O 3. Electrical process is studied in detail in the paper. From the experiment result, the best way of drying the sample is to dry it in vacuum. Electro deposition method for the preparation of pyrite thin film is a safe, simple and low cost method.
