辅助剂对氧化硅MCM-41分子筛介孔结构的影响 被引量:6

EFFECT OF ASSISTANT AGENT ON MESOPOROUS STRUCTURE OF SILICA MCM - 41 MOLECULAR SIEVES

摘要 在酸性条件下合成了介孔氧化硅MCM-41分子筛材料,并通过加入不同量的1,3,5-三甲基苯(TMB)作为材料合成的辅助剂,调节了介孔分子筛的孔径大小。采用XRD,IR,N2吸附曲线等测试手段表征了介孔材料的结构特征。结果表明:在材料的合成过程中,添加有机辅助物可以有效的增大介孔材料的孔径尺寸;同时发现,在TMB加入摩尔量x小于0.4时,随着辅助剂加入量的增加,介孔材料的孔径、比表面积、有序度等相应增加,但当加入量超过此范围时,材料的有序度反而下降。最后探讨了辅助剂影响材料介孔结构的机理。 The mesoporous silica molecular sieves, MCM- 41, were synthesized under acid condition, and their pore sizes were regulated by adding 1,3,5- trimethylbenzene (TMB) as organic assistant agent in the reactant mixture. The characteristics of samples were investigated using XRD, IR and N2 adsorption techniques. It shows that the pore sizes, ordered degree and BET surface of the sample can be increased effectively with the addition of TMB if its content in mole fraction is below than 0.4, but its ordered degree will decrease when it exceeds the value. In addition, the effect of assistant agent on mesoporous structure is discussed.
