莫来石结合莫来石-刚玉质高温推板的研制 被引量:4

摘要 以莫来石、刚玉为复合骨料,用铝胶、α-氧化铝微粉、无定型硅微粉合成莫来石作为结合基质制的高温推板中,用少量添加剂促进晶 须状莫来石的形成。研究结果表明:用此方法合成的莫来石作为推板的结合基质,推板经两次热震后(1100℃~水温)抗折强度可达78%。 Pusher was prepared by using mullite and corundum as composite aggregate, the mullite synthesized by alumina-gel, alumina powder as well as amorphous silicon dioxide superfine powder as the binder matrix, and a little additive was added to facilitate the formation of mullite whisker . The results indicate while the synthesized mullite is used as binder matrix of the pusher , after 2 times thermal shock recycling (1 100 t3-water temperature), the pusher still have 78% of its flexural strength.
