摘要
从矿物相变、天然纳米粉、纳米管、多孑L矿物、层状矿物等方面论述应用天然矿物的结构特征来进行新型无机非金属材料及复合材料设计的问题,并探讨利用石英、蓝晶石相变制造自应力陶瓷材料。利用粘土矿物、纤蛇纹石制造纳米复合材料。利用硅藻土制造新型多孔材料;利用石墨、云母等层状矿物制造具有可塑性和可加工性的无机材料的可能性,说明天然矿物在新材料设计中的应用潜力。最后指出利用天然矿物进行新材料设计方面应该考虑的问题。
The new inorganic and non-metal materials and composites designing issues of using structural characteristics of natural minerals from the aspects of minerals phase transformation, utilization of mineral natural nano-powders, nano-pipes, porous and layer minerals, etc. are discussed. The problems discussed include the probability of preparing the self-stress ceramics from the phase transformation of quartz and kyanite, the nano-composites from clay minerals and chrysotile asbestos, new porous materials from diatomite and the plastic and machinable inorganic materials from layer minerals, such as graphite, mica, etc. At last some of the issues to be considered in the new materials designing with natural minerals are pointed out.
