There are many problems about the title, abstract, keywords and reference documents in writting science and technology article today. Aiming at this conditions, the importance of the title, abstract, keywords and reference documents is expatiated. In order to standardize the writting of science and technology article, the concrete contents and writting requirements of them are presented.
