腐植酸、硒对大白鼠红细胞膜流动性影响的热力学研究 被引量:1

摘要 用DU Pout 9 900型差示扫描量热计测取了补腐植酸组和同时补硒及补腐植酸组与对照组年幼大白鼠红细胞膜的DSC谱。结果表明:腐植酸和硒能引起大白鼠红细胞膜有流动性改变。该结果有助于揭示硒和腐植酸对大白鼠红细胞膜的作用的分子机制,以便揭示大骨节病的病因。 Du pont 9900 Differential Scanning Calorimetery (DSC) is used in this study. Experi-menrs are conducted on three grounps of rats categoriaed as follows: One group injected withhumic acid, one injected with both humic acid and selenium,and anither inuected with water.The red-cell-membrane curves of DSC are tested. It is found that filling up humic acid de-creases the mobility of the membrane. The research is carried out to prove the influence of se-lenium and humic acid on the molecular mechanism of the red cell membrane in rats so as toprobe into the pathogeny of the Kaschin-Beck disease.
