小儿厌食病因分析

Pathogenic analysis of anorexia in children

目的 探讨目前独生子女占优势的情况下小儿厌食的病因及相关因素 ,借以指导临床 ,搞好合理喂养 ,促进儿童健康成长。方法 对 1995年 12月～ 2 0 0 0年 12月本院以“厌食”为主诉的所有 1～ 14岁就诊病人采用自制问卷调查的方法统计资料 ,将厌食患儿按年龄、病因及发生的不同年份进行观察比较。结果 以“厌食”为主诉的就诊患儿中有相当一部分不属于真正的厌食。在厌食儿中 1～ 3岁以喂养不当为主 (占 6 5 .4 8% ) ;五年中心理因素致病有上升趋势。经统计学处理 ,有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 影响厌食的诸因素在不同年龄、不同年份致病所占比例不同。

Objective To investigate the cause of anorexia in children and related factors about it in order to guide clinic practice and do the reasonable feeding and promote the healthy growth of children.Methods The questionnaire about anorexia in children was investigated during Dec.1995-Dec.2000.The age of the children ranged from one to fourteen.According to the age,pathogeny and defferent pathogenic,the children were observed and compared.Results Quite a few of the children who had the chief complain-anorexia did not suffer from real anorexia.The anorexia in children at the age of 1～3 years resulted in unreasonable feeding(65.48%).During the past five years,psychological factors have been gradually increased.The results of the investigation had statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion The factors of anorexia were in defferent proportion at defferent ages and defferent years.
