摆形矫治器远移磨牙矫治Ⅱ类错

Class Ⅱ malocclusion treated with pendulum appliance on distalization of maxillary molars

目的 本研究在矢状方向上分析摆形矫治器远移上磨牙的效果及对支抗前磨牙、切牙的交互作用。方法 选择 4例安氏Ⅱ错、上牙弓Ⅰ -Ⅱ拥挤患者 ,应用摆形矫治器远移上颌第一磨牙 ,每一例治疗前后取模型、测量前磨牙与第一磨牙间的间隙。结果 4例患者在 18周内上第一磨牙远移 3.2 0 +1.6 0mm ,伴有前磨牙 1.4 2 +1.2 0mm的近中移动。结论 摆形矫治器是一简便、对患者依赖少的上磨牙远移装置 。

Objective To analyse the effects of the pendulum appliance on distalization of maxillary molars and the reciprocal effects on the anchor maxillary premolar and incisors.Methods Pendulum appliances were applied on 4 subjects who had malocclusion,Ⅰ-Ⅱ crowed dentition in upper dental arch for distalization of maxillary molars,pre treatment and post treatment modal analysis were obtained and evaluated.Results The maxillary molar distalization was 3.20+1.60 mm,the reciprocal mesial movement of the first premolar was 1.42+1.20 mm.Conclusion Pendulum appliance was a simple molar distalization equipment that needed less patient′s coorperation,and should be applied widely in clinical practice.
