目的 了解新生儿透明高压氧舱的使用及护理。方法 总结 32 6例进行高压氧治疗的使用方法和护理经验。结果 其使用必须严格遵守操作规程 ,注意氧舱安全及保养 ,严格把握适应征及禁忌症。治疗过程中对患儿精心护理 ,密切观察患儿情绪和病情变化 ,并加强出院后随访。结论 新生儿透明高压氧舱治疗具有良好的临床疗效 ,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the use and nursing of neonates transparent hyperbaric oxygen chamber.Methods The nursing experience got from the clinical practice of 326 patients who have been treated with the hyperbaric oxygen and the using methods were summarized.Results When using the equipment,the medical personal must abide by the operation regulations strictly,pay attention to the safety of the indications and contraindications and maintain the oxygen chamber in good condition.What's more,the medial personal should nurse the sick babies with great care,observe closely their mood and state of illness changes,and enhance random visits after they were discharged from hospital.Conclusion The neonates transparent hyperbaric oxygen chamber has quite good clinical curative effect.It's worth spreading over the society.
