新型钐钴永磁的高温性能和微观结构 被引量:6

High-Temperature Magnetic Properties and Microstructure of New Magnet Sm(Co_(bal)Fe_(0.2)Cu_(0.09)Zr_(0.0256))_7

摘要 研究了在高温下(>400℃)具有高矫顽力的新型Sm(CobalFe0 2Cu0 09Zr0 0256)7永磁合金,该合金在673K时矫顽力仍为575kA·m-1;矫顽力温度系数为-0 126%·℃-1,比传统的2∶17型Sm Co合金要低。透射电镜研究表明,合金胞状组织结构的平均尺寸大约为83nm。 The new sintered magnet Sm(CobalFe02Cu009Zr00256)7 that possess much higher Hci at high temperature(>400 ℃) than that of the conventional 2∶17 SmCo magnets were studied As a result, intrinsic coercive force, Hci, of 575 kA·m-1 at 673 K was obtained A temperature coefficient of Hci is -0126%·℃-1 and lower than that of the conventional 2∶17 magnets The cell size is about 85 nm for the new 1∶7 SmCo magnet
