摘要 采用正交实验设计法研究了Ce+Sr对Al 24.5Si 1.5Cu 1.6Ni 0.8Fe 0.6Mg合金的变质作用。实验结果表明:Ce+Sr复合变质可使共晶硅球化、并有效细化一次硅,提高室温与高温力学性能。方差分析表明:影响变质效果的因素由强到弱依次为Ce加入量、变质时间、Sr加入量。 The paper analyzed modification role of Ce+Sr to the cast alloy of Al24.5 Si1.5 Cu1.6 Ni0.8 Fe0.6 Mg with the method of orthogonal test. The result shows that the compound modification can make the particulates of eutectic silicon more spherical and particulates of primary silicon further smaller, forthmore compound modification raises the mechanical properties at room temperature and 300 ℃. The analysis of variance proves that the factors, from strong to weak, which affect the effect of modification are the amount of Sr, the time of modification and the amount of Ce.
