CuZnAl(RE)形状记忆合金马氏体稳定化的研究及解决措施 被引量:5

摘要 采用定量金相、电子探针、扫描电镜、电阻法、X射线衍射和透射电镜等方法,研究了加入复合稀土对CuZnAl形状记忆合金中马氏体稳定化的影响。实验结果表明,加入复合稀土以及采取合理的热处理工艺,可有效的防止马氏体稳定化。当合金发生马氏体稳定化后,经过重新处理及热循环训练,合金仍能恢复较好的形状记忆性能。讨论了复合稀土对合金的晶粒细化机制,并对防止发生马氏体稳定化的原因进行了论述。 With the help of quantitative metallograph, electron probe, scanning electron microscope, Xray diffraction and transmission electron microscope, influences of compound RE on the martensitic stability of CuZnAl SMA were studied The experiment results show that adding compound RE and proper heat treatment process could prevent martensite from stabilizing effectively After heat treatments and thermal cycle training again, the alloys whose martensite has been stabilized can recover quite shape memory effects In addition, both the mechanism of grainsize refinement of CuZnAl alloys and the reasons of restraining martensitic stability are discussed
