摘要
用比色法测定丙二醛(MDA)研究1×10-6mol·L-1浓度的La3+,Ce3+,Eu3+对H2O2引起的大鼠肝细胞核脂质过氧化的影响。结果表明:细胞核与稀土离子温育10min后,加入H2O2,稀土离子对大鼠肝细胞核脂质过氧化的抑制率较高,随着稀土离子与大鼠肝细胞核作用时间的进一步延长,稀土离子的抑制率逐渐减小,甚至表现为促进作用。
The effects of La3+,Ce3+,Eu3+ in 1×10-6 mol·L-1 on the H2O2 mediated lipid peroxidation of rat liver nuclei were studied by spectrophotometic method. The results show that the inhibition decreases with the time increasing of a pretreatment of the rat liver nuclei with Ln3+.
