摘要
从ITO废靶中回收铟是生产中亟待解决的问题。通过试验,提出了盐酸浸出,中和除锡,铟置换,锌置换铟,压团和熔铸得到粗铟,然后电解精炼得到纯度99.99%铟的工艺。
The recovery of indium from waste ITO target is a problem to be dealt with urgently in production. After several experiments a process of the refining of indium has been obtained as following: leaching the target powder with HCl, removing Tin by neutralization, replacing, pressing lump and founding, then electrolyzing the raw indium. The purity can exceed 99.99%.
