The 21st century is a century full of the competition of talents.To meet the needs of economic globalization and the new situation of our entry int o WTO,in training and selecting young cadres,we must strenghen the sense of tale nts,that is ,to pay more attention to the training of talents and not to stick t o one pattern in selecting them.
