复方山莨菪碱散的制备及临床应用

Preparation and Clinical Application of Compound Anisodamine Powder

目的 介绍复方山莨菪碱散的制备及临床应用。方法 将 135例患者随机分成两组 ,治疗组 93例 ,采用复方山莨菪碱散加抗生素与抗病毒药物治疗 ;对照组 4 2例单用抗生素与抗病毒药物治疗 ,进行临床对比观察。结果 治疗组总有效率为 10 0 %,对照组总有效率为 97.6 %,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 复方山莨菪碱散对佐治小儿毛细支气管炎 ,支气管肺炎疗效确切 ,使用方便。

Objective: To introduce the preparation and clinical application of compound Anisodamine powder.Methods Divide 135 patients into two groups, the therapentic group 93 cases, and the control group, 42 cases.The therapentic group was treated with compound Anisodamine powder, Antibiotics and Antivirals, and the control group only with Antibiotics and Antivirals.Results Analysing clinical results, the total response rate of the therapentic group was 100%, while the control group 97.6%, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Anisodamine powder can be easily prepared and used to help child bronchiolitis and bronchopneumonia.
