老年急性肾功能衰竭的47例临床分析

A Clinical Study on 47 Cases of Senile Acute Renal Failure

目的 探讨老年急性肾功能衰竭的临床特点。方法 对 4 7例老年急性肾功能衰竭从病因、预后、透析及非透析疗法、死亡原因等方面进行分析。结果 病因以感染为主 (2 7.6 6 %) ,其次为血容量不足 (19.15 %)。透析治疗率 2 3.4 %,透析组病死率 36 .36 %;非透析组病死率 6 9.4 4 %(P <0 .0 1)。结论 老年人应特别注意防治感染。老年肾功能衰竭有其本身的特点 ,加强透析治疗 ,早期预防透析是治疗成功的关键。

Objective To investigate the clinical features of senile acute renal failure (ARF). Methods The cause of diseases, the prognosis, the results of dialysis therapy and non-dialysis therapy, and the cause of death were analysed in 47 cases of senile acute renal failure.Results The cause of ARF in senile people was infection (27.66%).The cure rate of dialysis group was 23.4%. The mortality in the dialysis group was 36.36%. The mortality in non-dialysis group was 69.44% (P<0.01). Conclusion The senile patient with ARF has the special feature.Taking dialysis and doing it early can play a key role in successful treatment of senile patients with ARF.
