环孢素A联合诱导分化剂治疗骨髓异常增生综合征的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Myelodysplastic Syndrome by Cyclospopine A(CSA) Combined with Inductive Differentiation

目的 探讨对骨髓异常增生综合征 (MDS)更有效的方法。方法 将 5 4例MDS患者分为两组。治疗组应用全反式维甲酸 (ATRA)、康力龙、环孢素A(CSA)及阿糖胞苷 ;对照组应用康力龙及阿糖胞苷。结果 治疗组总有效率 74 %,而对照组为 2 6 %,两组总有效率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 环孢素A联合诱导分化剂治疗骨髓异常增生综合征是有效的。

Objective To explore a more effective treatment for myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Methods 27 patients in the treatment group received treatment with All-trans Retinoic Acid,stanozolol,CSA,vitmin E and cytosine Arabinoside(Ara-c);27 cases in the control group received treatment with stanozolol and Ara-c. Results The total response rate was 74% of the treatment group and 26% of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The treatment of MDS by CSA combined with inductive differentiation is effective.
