胃溃疡癌变23例内镜与临床分析

Endoscope and Clinical Analysis of 23 Cases of Canceration of Gastric Ulcer

目的 分析胃溃疡癌变与临床关系。方法 回顾性分析 2 3例采用胃镜活检出的胃溃疡癌变患者的临床资料。结果 胃溃疡癌变与难治性溃疡有关 ,内镜检查溃疡形态发生变异直视下溃疡周边活检找到癌变组织。结论 长期难治性胃溃疡 ,定期胃镜检查时 ,应常规对溃疡边缘及邻近粘膜作多处活检 ,更有利于癌变的早期诊断。

objective To analyze the relationship between canceration of gastric ulcer and the clinic. Methods The clinical data of 23 patients who had canceration of gastrie ulcer checked by the endoscope were retrospectively analized. Results The canceration of gastric ulcer was related to gastric ulcer which was difficult to cure. And the forms of gastric ulcer would be found different when checked by endoscope. If it was watched steadily, the organization of canceration around the ulcer by examining the cells would be found. Conclusion For permanent gastrie ulcer, when checked regularly by endoscope, the examination of cells ought to be done many times around the ulcer and neighbouring mucosa, which is more favourable for the early diagnosis of canceration.
