摘要
目的 探讨重症急性胰腺炎术后营养支持治疗的疗效。方法 依营养底物不同将 6 8例重症胰腺炎病人随机分为实验组 (35例 )和对照组 (33例 ) ,对术后生化指标 ,并发症等对比分析。结果 实验组治疗 5天、10天后血淀粉酶、转氨酶、尿素氮、白细胞、血糖等明显下降 ,实验组与对照组治疗后淋巴细胞总数差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,实验组并发症发生率及病死率均较低。结论 营养支持治疗是治疗重症胰腺炎的一项重要措施 ,可有效提高病人的免疫力 ,改善肝、肾功能 ,降低并发症发生率及病死率。
Objective To study the effect of postoperative nutritional support on patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).Methods Based on the kind of pancreatic disase, sixty eightpatients were randomly divided into the experimental group (35 cases) and the control group (33 cases).The biochemical indicators, complications and mortality rate were retrospectively analyred between groups.Results After treatment of 5 days and 10 days, the amylase, transaminase,BUN, WBC, glucose in the experimental group decreased significantly.TLC after the treatment in the experimental group was significantly different(P <0.01) from the control group.The incidence of complications and moartlity rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion Nutritional support is an important and effective treatment in SAP patients, it can effectively improve the unocompetence and the liver and renal function, and decrease the complication incidence and mortality rate.
