头颈部横纹肌肉瘤12例回顾分析

目的 探讨头颈部横纹肌肉瘤的临床表现、治疗、诊断、病理类型及预后。方法 回顾性分析 12例横纹肌肉瘤的病史资料。结果 12例中 9例行手术切除加化疗放疗 ,1例单纯手术 ,2例化疗和放疗 ,其 5年生存率为 5 0 %。结论 采用手术与放疗和化疗综合治疗方案能明显提高生存率。

Objective To study the clinical features,pathological types,diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of head and neck rhabdomyosarcoma.Methods 12 cases of head and neck rhabdomyosaroma were studied retrospectively.Results Of the 12 cases 9 cases were operated and given radiotherapy and chemotherapy,1 case was operated only, and the other two cases were treated by operation,radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the 5-year survival rate was 50%. Conclucion It can apparently increase the surrival rate through the combined therapy which involves operation,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
