Treatment and Nursing of NHL with CHOP Plan

目的 探讨NHL采用CHOP方案治疗中护理的重要性。方法 对 115例NHL采用CTX ,75 0mg/m2 静滴第 1日 ,VCR 1.4g/m2 静滴第 1.8日 ,PDN10 0mg/m2 PO第 1～ 5日 ,每 2 1天为 1周期 ,本组病例用药 4～ 6个周期。结果 顺利地完成了 115例NHL的化疗 ,无 1例出现化疗作用。结论 肿瘤专科护理的措施是顺利完成化疗 ,减轻副作用 ,提高生活质量的保证。

Objective To study the nursing importance in the treatment of NHL with CHOP plan.Methods 115 patients with NHL were given 750 mg/m 2 of CTX,and 40 mg/m 2 of ADM,IV on the first day;1.4 mg/m 2 of VCR on the 1.8th day;100 mg/m 2 of PDN,PO,from the first day to the fifth day,each cycle being 21 days.This group of the patients were treated for 4～6 cycles and given systematic special nursing.Results Chemotherapy was smoothly completed in 115 patients with NHL.Conclusion Special nursing for the patients with tumor is beneficial to complete chemotherapy smoothly,reduce poisonous and side effects and improve living quality.
