蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗脑梗塞的临床观察及护理

Clinical Observation and Nursing on Cerebral Infarction Treated by Ahylysantifarclase

目的 观察蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗脑梗塞的疗效并探讨其机理。方法 将病人分为治疗组及对照组 ,治疗组用在对照组方法基础上加 0 .9%生理盐水 2 5 0ml和蝮蛇抗栓酶 0 .75u静脉滴入 ,1次 /天 ;对照组用低分子右旋糖酐 5 0 0ml加复方丹参注射液 16ml静脉滴入 ,1次 /天。结果 两组疗效对比 ,治疗组优于对照组 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 蝮蛇抗栓酶溶解能力强于其他药物 ,发病初期应用 ,效果较好。

Objective To study the effect of ahylysantifarclase on the treatment of cerebral infarction and the mechanism. Methods The patients were divided into two groups, one was the treatment group, the other was the control group.Ahylysantifavclase was used in the treatment group, and low molecular dextran was used in the control group. Results The effect of the treatment group was more effective than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Ahylysantifarclase has much better effect in treating cerebral infarction than other medicine especially in the early stage.
