为了查明犯罪事实 ,准确惩罚犯罪 ,保障诉讼活动的顺利进行 ,侦查机关应在明确犯罪嫌疑人享有各项权利的基础上 ,切实从表明身份、告知诉权、严格按诉讼程序履行义务三方面加强犯罪嫌疑人诉讼权利的保障。

The detective structure should strengthen the guarantee of suspect's right of lawsuit from the following three aspects:showing identity;telling right of lawsuit;fulfilling obligations according to the lawsuit procedure strictly based on the fact that suspects enjoy the lawsuit rights in order to investigate the fact of commiting a crime,penalize criminal and make sure the lawsuit activities to go smoothly.
