当今和未来的国际竞争 ,说到底是人才的竞争 ,要想留住人、吸引人并发挥人才潜能 ,务必对现有人力资源管理进行深层次的、具有创新意义的改革。人力资源改革主要包括人事观念、人才待遇、人才培训等。其中待遇是关键。
The international competition now and in the future is the competition of talented person.If you want keeping talented person,attract talented person,and bring talented person's potential into play,you must carry on the reformation that possesses the innovation meaning and deep administrative level to the available manpower resources management.The reformation of manpower resources chiefly includes human affairs concept,talented person's treatment and talented person's caltivations,efc.The treatment is the key.
