摘要
通过对民营企业文化建设中功能问题、特点问题、守法意识和道德意识问题的分析和研究 ,说明加强民营企业文化建设的重要性。
By analysis and research of function problem in culture construction of privately owned enterprise,characteristic problem,and problem of law-abiding and virtue consciousness,this paper explains the importance to strengthen the calture construction of privately owned enterprise.
