随着改革开放的深入发展,我国的教育形势已进入了一个新的历史发展阶段。在新的历史条件下,电大教育要发展壮大,必须注意采取相应的对策和必要的措施。

With the deep development of opening up and reform,the education situation of our country has entered a new historical stage.Under the new historical condition,we must adopt the corresponding countermeasures and necessary measures to develp the TVU education strongly.
