摘要 当前,知识经济时代的发展和国际科技、经济竞争的加剧,导致教育形态发生了重大变革。电大正经历着从第二代到第三代远程教育的飞跃和人才培养模式的改革,面对新的机遇和挑战,电大教师应从教育观念、知识结构、教学技能、创新能力等方面入手全方位提高自身素质以适应这种变革。 At present,the development of knowledge economy times and the intensification of international science and technology and economy competition lead to a great revolution of the educating form.TV University is decently being gone through following the reformation of leaping to the third generation distance education from second generation and person of ability cultivated model.Facing the new opportunity and challenge,TV University teachers should raise their charaters from starting with the education concept,knowledge structure,teaching technical ability and innovation ability,etc.in order to suit this kind of revolution.
