Sunlight Project of Fuzhou has gained great economic and social benefits. It puts forward and answers the problem on how to establish correct power and responsibility consciousness for the interest of the people ,faced with the complicated national conditions of the new historic period . Analyzing the development of the new times and changes of national conditions ,this article offers some tentative plans about deepening the construction of Sunlight Project.
