对高等教育数量与质量的若干思考

Thinking about Quantity and Quality in Higher Education

数量增长与质量提高是当前高教改革与发展中的一个重要问题。为适应高等教育“大众化”的要求。必须彻底转变传统的教育质量管理观念，突破事后把关的质量监控机制，尽快构建符合国情和校情的教育质量保证体系，以制度创新求得数量和质量的同步增长。

Quantity increase and quality raise are very important in higher education reform and development. To adapt the needs of higher education 'popular', the traditional viewpoint of education quality management must be completely changed. The quality control system in which the teaching process has been done should be broken trough, and the quality guarantee system that conforms to the conditions in colleges in our country should be built as soon as possible. So quantity and quality will synchronously develop through system creation.
