新型酸性超高交联吸附树脂的合成及应用

摘要 从树脂的物理结构和化学结构入手 ,尤其就化学结构方面对树脂性能的影响 ,在以氧修饰的超高交联树脂NJ 8上引入邻羧基苯甲酰功能基团 ,合成了一种具有优良吸附性能的酸性超高交联吸附树脂 .并测试了它们的物理化学性能以及这种树脂对酚类有机化合物的吸附量 ,与NJ 8及大孔吸附树脂XAD 4进行了比较 。 In this paper, due to the physical and chemical structures of resin and the influence of its chemical structure on its function, 2 carboxylbenzoyl functional group was introduced into the oxygen modified hypercrosslinked resin and hypercrosslinked acid absorbent resin with strong adsorption capacities was synthesized. Tests were carried out of their physical and chemical capabilities as well as the absorption amount of organic compounds by this resin, which were compared with NJ 8 and XAD 4 resins with satisfactory results.
