增强公关意识能有效地塑造学科形象。市场经济浪潮冲击,给学科公共关系带来的负面影响:学科人员稳定的基础动摇,凝聚力减弱,医德医风淡化,医患矛盾增多。在改革创新中增强公关意识,塑造学科形象:团队形象,"名牌"技术形象,"星级"服务形象,和睦家庭形象。新时期学科公共关系要注意的几个方面:以事实为基础是基本原则,社会关系是有力支柱,政府关系是根本保证。
Strengthening public relations consciousness can shape the discipline figure effectively. The impact of market economy wave brings negative influences to discipline public relationship, such as shaking the stability of personnel, weakening the cohesion, thinning the medical moral and feature, increasing the contradictions between patients and medical personnel as well. Through reform and innovation, enhance the consciousness of public relationship and create the disci- pline figure: the figure of team, figure of 'brand name' technique, figure of 'star grade' services and the figure of 'bar- monious family', etc. It should be emphasized on the following aspects during the new period of discipline public relation- ship: the basic principle is to stand on facts, the social relationship is the strong mainstay, and the fundamental pledge is the government relation.
