面对《医疗事故处理条例》的实施 医院应采取的对策

THE COUNTERMEASURES SHOULD BE ADOPTED BY HOSPITALS FACING THE IMPLE-MENT OF"REGULATIONS TO DEAL WITH IVIEDICAL ACCIDENTS"

针对一医疗举证责任倒置和《医疗事故条例》的实施,从医院自身建设出发,就强化教育、提高全员责任意识、严格准入制度、健全规章制度与严格操作规程、规范病案与物证管理、尊重患者知情同意权、分担风险责任及维权等八个方面进行分析并提出对策。

Aim at the inversion of onus probandi in medical field and the implement of 'Regulations to Deal With Medical Accident', stand on the point of hospital construction itself, eight aspects were analyzed such as strengthening ed ucation of whole staff to elevate responsibility consciousness, act strictly the admittance system, make necessary amend merits to the regulations and operation rules, criterion management of medical records and material evidence, defer to pa tient's right to know inside story and consent, participate risk obligation, and safeguard right. Relevant countermeasures were proposed as well.
