"以病人为中心"是医院文化建设的根本内涵。"以病人为中心"的医院文化建设,其价值观的核心内容是"病人至上"。在为病人服务的过程中,如何体现"以人为本"的伦理思想,把"对"让给病人,为病人提供优质服务,充分尊重病人,注重其心理感受,满足其心理需求,将医院的服务推向一个更高的层次,是值得研究和探讨的。

'Focus on Patient' is the ultimate connotation of hospital culture construction.The central content of such value system is 'Supreme Patient'. In the process of serve patient, how to fulfill the ethic thought of 'Humanism', to give 'Correct' to patient, to provide high quality service, to respect patient sufficiently, to concern their mental reception, to meet their mental need, thus promote hospital services to a higher level. These are very worthy to discuss and research.
