摘要 高校人事制度改革颇受关注,本文介绍了长沙民政职业技术学院(南北院)全员聘任制的一些基本作法,特别是在发扬思想政治工作的优良传统方面,为建立一支具有主人翁意识的教职工队伍积累了经验。 The reform in personnel system in colleges and universities is paid close attention to .This paper introducessome practices of the whole staff employing system in the Northern and Southern campuses of Changsha Social WorkCollege,which are worth using for reference.Especially,the work in carrying forward the fine traditions of political andideological work is paingstaking,which has accumulated experience for establishing a contingent of teachers andworkers with a sense of being masters,and which is worth popularizing.
