本文指出党性原则是共产党员必须遵守的思想和行动的最高准则。共产党员要在新的历史时期要立于不败之地,必须加强理论、政治、思想、道德和作风诸方面的修养。

This paper points out that the principle of the Party’snature is the supremenorm which the Party members must observe.If the Party members want to be invincible duringthis new historical period,they must strengthen the understanding of theories,politics,thoughts,morals and styles.
