GATS and the Legislation of Our Countrys Service Trade

《服务贸易总协定》(GATS)为国际贸易自由化提供了体制上的安排和保障。对发展中国家的服务业来说,加入GATS既是机遇,又是挑战。我国服务贸易自由立法的现状与不足,决定了今后一段时期我国服务贸易立法应遵循的基本原则。

GATS has provided arrangement and security in system for internationalbusiness liberalization.For the service industry of developing countries ,entering WTO isboth an opportunity and a challenge .The present condition and deliciency of the freelegislation of our country’s service trade decide on the basic principles which thelegislation of our country’s service trade should observe in the coming period of time ,and improving the legislation.
