2 0世纪 80年代以来 ,邓小平在研究探索不发达国家社会主义建设问题中 ,对非洲社会主义给予高度关注 ,提出了“你们根据自己的条件 ,可否考虑现在不要急于搞社会主义”的思想。这是邓小平立足于社会主义本质 ,坚持从实际出发 ,坚信社会主义必然代替资本主义所作出的理论总结 ,要求我们坚定不移地坚持党在社会主义初级阶段的基本路线 ,建设有中国特色的社会主义。

Since the 1980's, Deng Xiaoping has been in the research of socialist construction of underdeve loped counties where he paid high degree concern to African socialism and put forward the thought that "according to your own conditions, you should consider not to be anxious to construct socialism now". This is the theoretical summary made by Deng Xiaoping on the foundation of basing himself on socialist essence, proceeding from actual conditions and firmly believing that socialism will inevitably take the place of capitalism. It requires us to adhere to the basic line of preliminary stage of socialism and construct the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
