口腔医务人员职业性感染防范意识的调查与分析

The investigation and analysis of the precaution attitude toward vocational infection of stomatology medical staff

目的 了解口腔医务人员对自身职业性感染的防范意识 ,预防职业性感染知识的掌握情况以及自我保护行为的方式。方法 采用自行设计的调查问卷和访谈形式随机调查 10 2名口腔医务人员。结果 ① 17.7%的口腔医务人员在诊治患者时能够作到A级预防 ,②对意外感染的传播途径缺乏了解 ,③受过系统性职业性防护教育的人员占 3 7.5 %。结论 建议口腔从业人员采取“普遍性预防”

Objective To investigate the precaution attitude toward vocational infection and the knowledge as well as the self- protection attitude of stomatology medical staff Methods 102 dental medical stuff were randomly investigated by self-designed questionnaire. Results Only 17.7% medical stuff investigated was adopted grade A precautions when they treat the patients, and most of them were ignorant about the mode of transmission of oral infection diseases, while only 37.5% of them have received systemic vocational protection education. Conclusion The Universal Precautions is recommended and also vocational protection training should be carried out among the oral medical stuff.
